Marco & Alex’s Story

Marco and Alex were rescued from underneath a lumber pile in an overgrown backyard, where they were being swarmed by mosquitoes and suffering from heat exhaustion. They were found just in time.
Despite such a rough start, these two have proven to be remarkably resilient. They have blossomed into loving, playful, affectionate kittens who are completely attached to one another.
Marco and Alex love high-speed runs, wrestling matches, and playing together, but the moment you walk into the room, they are just as likely to come looking for your lap. They both love being picked up, cuddled, and held like babies.
These boys are looking for a home that wants to truly engage with them and make them part of the family. They thrive on affection, interaction, playtime, and being close to their people.
Because Marco and Alex are so bonded, they need to be adopted together. For the right family, that means twice the purrs, twice the entertainment, and twice the love.

They live with foster families, so they're already comfortable in a home environment. We arrange transport only after adoption to avoid the stress of the shelter system environment. You can meet them via video call FaceTime or WhatsApp with their foster. The adoption fee includes transport, spay/neuter, all required vaccinations up to date , Rabies vaccine (if age appropriate) a microchip, FIV/FeLV testing, flea and parasite treatment. All adopted cats and kittens will go to a vet health exam prior to transport and will come with a veterinarian's health certificate for travel. They will be delivered to a pickup location near you by professional transporters who will tend to them throughout their journey up North.
