Meet Mochi

Mochi is a 4-month-old kitten who is proof that a rough beginning doesn't have to define your future!

Mochi came to us as part of a trapping project involving several cats who were displaced after their owner put their home up for sale and abandoned most of the cats outside. Despite that difficult start, Mochi is an incredibly outgoing, playful, and social little guy. He loves attention, loves to play, and is always ready to see what fun is happening next.

Mochi would make an excellent addition to just about any home. Because he is still so young, we'd love to see him adopted with another kitten or into a home with a friendly, playful cat. Having a feline friend will give Mochi someone to play with, help him continue learning appropriate cat manners, and give him the companionship kittens thrive on.

Mochi is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, FeLV/FIV negative, dewormed, and current on flea prevention.

He is currently waiting for his forever home at our adoption center inside PetSmart in Northeast Philadelphia at 7422 Bustleton Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19152.
