Meet Peaches!

We have a feeling Peaches is going to be VERY popular.

This handsome orange-and-white tabby boy, who's only about a year old, recently came to Homeward Bound after a Good Samaritan noticed him hanging around their home. And it didn't take long to realize this wasn't just some aloof outdoor kitty.

Peaches wanted PEOPLE.

He would walk right up, rub himself all over their legs, meow to ask for food and water, and make it VERY clear that he was looking for some love and attention. Basically, Peaches had decided that humans were his people-and he wasn't shy about saying so!

Thankfully, someone listened to those meows and made sure he got the help he needed.

Peaches has been through the TNR program, but this boy is clearly fully socialized and absolutely LOVES human companionship. He's friendly with everyone he meets and is the kind of cat who doesn't run away when you approach.

Instead?

He comes running toward YOU.

Peaches is:

Good with other cats

Talkative
Loves being picked up
Loves to cuddle and snuggle

And while Peaches may have been getting by outside, we think this boy has indoor-cat written ALL over him.

Sure, he could continue as an indoor/outdoor cat-but why settle for surviving when you could spend your days curled up on a couch, getting cuddles, playing with toys and having someone to talk to?

Because Peaches has a LOT to say.

He doesn't just want a bowl of food.

He wants YOU.

He wants attention. He wants affection. He wants to be picked up and loved on. And most of all, he wants the chance to be the cherished companion he's clearly been trying to become.
