Fluffy - Domestic Long Hair Cat for Adoption in Las Vegas, Nevada

Meet Fluffy.

At 8 years old, Fluffy has spent her entire life as an indoor cat. Now she's looking for a loving home where she can finally relax and be herself.

Fluffy's family loves her, but as grandchildren began visiting every week, it became clear that children are simply too overwhelming for her. She isn't being "mean"-she's a cat who becomes frightened in busy, noisy environments and needs a home that respects her boundaries.

The right person will discover a sweet, playful companion who has plenty of personality. She loves batting around toys, enjoys nibbling on kitty grass (and even cilantro!), and will happily soak up affection-until she decides she's had enough. She's wonderfully honest about her feelings and appreciates someone who understands that cats deserve to have a say, too.

Loud storms, fireworks, and other commotion send Fluffy searching for a safe hiding spot, so a calm, predictable home will help her feel secure. While she has tolerated living with dogs that respected her space, she'd be happiest as the only cat in an adult home with someone who understands feline body language and will give her the patience she deserves.

Every cat has a family that's just right for them. For Fluffy, it's someone looking for an independent, affectionate companion who will reward kindness and understanding with love on her own terms.

Could Fluffy be the missing piece in your quiet home? Come meet her at Homeward Bound Cat Adoptions and see if she's been waiting for you.
