Meet Ivy - Tiny Package, Big Personality

Say hello to Ivy, a petite 6-month-old black-and-white beauty who may be the smallest member of her little trio-but she's got plenty of personality packed into that tiny frame.

Ivy came to Homeward Bound with Rubi and KitKat after their family faced significant financial challenges and made the difficult decision to surrender some of their pets.

Now this sweet girl is ready to find a home where she can settle in, feel safe and be someone's baby.

Unlike her slightly more cautious roommates, Ivy is a total sweetheart with people. She loves being held, loves being petted and loves to play. Give her a bed to lounge on and some toys to chase, and she's pretty happy.

She also has a perfectly respectable kitten schedule:

Nap on the bed
Hide under the bed for a little privacy
Play with toys
Get pets
Repeat

Ivy does well with kids and could be happy with other cats-or perfectly content being your one-and-only. She's scared of dogs, though, so she'd prefer a dog-free home or a space where she can be safely separated from canine roommates.

She's still young, curious and figuring out the world. What she needs most is a little patience, a lot of love and a person who will make time for her every day.

Whether she joins another cat or becomes the sole recipient of all the attention, Ivy is ready to grow into the wonderful little companion she's meant to be.
