I may not have asked for the job, but someone had to be the guardian of the kittens!

When I was found in a rough part of Chicago, I wasn't alone. There were two little kittens with me (Sploot and Ra) and I quickly became their protector. Sunrise named me Poe, and I took my job very seriously. I kept an eye on my babies, made sure they were safe, and did my best to show them that the world isn't always a scary place.

But here's the thing about me: even after everything we've been through, I still have plenty of love to give. I'm gentle and sweet with people, and I'm hoping to find a home where I can finally be someone's baby instead of always being the one looking out for everyone else.

I've done my part as a guardian. Now I'd really like someone to look out for me.
