Hamlet - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Kankakee, Illinois

I came to Sunrise when I was just 3 weeks old, along with my brother, Timon. When we arrived, we were in pretty rough shape and needed a lot more medical care than most kittens ever have to go through.

Instead of gaining weight like healthy kittens should, we were actually losing weight. We were so tiny and fragile that we needed a heating pad to help keep our body temperatures stable. It was a scary start, but we had lots of people cheering us on and taking care of us every step of the way.

Thankfully, those difficult days are behind us! We’ve grown stronger, healthier, and are now ready to find our forever homes.

I’ve come such a long way, and now all I need is a family to help me take the next step. Will you be the one to bring me home?
