Our world changed overnight.

Our beloved human mom passed away young & unexpectedly, and just like that, everything we had ever known was gone. We had always lived safely inside a small apartment- it may not have been fancy, but it was filled with love, and thats what mattered most.

My name is Grey Mist and I am about two years old. I was rescued with my sister Silk Stockings, and we lived alongside other kitties. All of us suddenly left without a plan. The apartment manager was going to simply open the door and turn us out onto the street.

Thankfully, This Is the Dog! Rescue stepped in just in time and saved us. Even in the middle of busy kitten season, when fosters are overflowing, they made space for us and gave us a second chance.

Now were hoping for something we once had- a loving home.

I am a gentle, deserving soul who has only ever known indoor life and human companionship. I would prefer a home where I can follow my 1 or 2 people around and get a lot of lap time.

Please consider opening your heart to an adult cat. At two years old, I still have so much love to give, and I would be forever grateful to belong to a family again.
