Meet Daniel!! (case #20571)
Daniel is a 3–4 month old little guy who is still learning that humans can be friends. Most likely born on the streets, Daniel spent his young life learning that people were something to be wary of. Now, he’s discovering that maybe the world isn’t quite as scary as he once thought but convincing him of that is going to take some time.
Daniel is going to need a patient, cat-savvy adopter who understands that socializing a shy kitten is a marathon, not a sprint. Progress may come in tiny steps, and he’ll need someone willing to celebrate those little victories rather than expecting him to become a cuddly lap cat overnight.
A confident, friendly cat companion may also be a wonderful role model for Daniel. Watching another cat happily interact with people could help show him that humans aren’t so bad after all!
Daniel has spent his short life believing he needed to keep his distance. Now he needs someone willing to patiently show him a different way of life one where he has a safe home, a feline friend, and people he can eventually learn to trust.
He may need you to earn his trust, but for the right person, watching Daniel discover the joys of being a loved and cherished kitten could be incredibly rewarding. Please complete an adoption request:
