Meet Soldier Boy!
Soldier Boy is a happy, playful, affectionate guy who loves having friends around! He's cat friendly, dog friendly, and kid friendly, making him a wonderful fit for all kinds of families.
He loves to play, wrestle, explore, and get into all the usual kitten mischief, but he's just as sweet as he is fun. Soldier Boy has grown up surrounded by other cats and really enjoys their company thus we think he'd do best in a household with a friendly feline buddy to play, snuggle, and grow up with.
This wonderful boy is the very last of his litter to make his journey North.
Soldier Boy is one of Gigi & Her Three Brave Boys: Warrior Man, Sir Knight & Soldier Boy.
Their story began in Columbus, MS, when we received an urgent call about a very young mama cat named Gigi who had just given birth to four kittens. The delivery had not gone as planned.
Two of the newborns had become tangled in their umbilical cords, cutting off circulation to their tiny feet. Sadly, one little girl was too badly injured to save. Another kitten, Warrior Man, was in danger of losing his foot.
Thanks to round-the-clock care and therapy from his foster mom, Warrior Man made an incredible recovery. Soon he was running, climbing and wrestling right alongside his brothers, Sir Knight and Soldier Boy.
These little boys grew up together, thrived together, and one by one, Soldier Boy's family members found their forever homes.
Now it's his turn.

Can go solo, but we think he'd do best with a feline buddy
Soldier Boy has been part of one pretty remarkable story from the very beginning. Now all he needs is a family to help him start his next chapter.
All of the Sweet Paws animals are loved a great deal by their rescuers, fosters, and the volunteers who've cared for them along the way. Your kitten will be up to date on appropriate vaccinations by adoption day, but please keep in mind that kittens require multiple routine vet visits throughout the course of their first year. Sweet Paws is staffed by volunteers, and processing applications is time intensive; therefore, we ask that you only submit an application if you are fully committed to adopting.
