Betty Boop - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Groveland, Massachusetts

Meet Betty Boop!

Betty Boop is a pint-sized, bob-tailed beauty with a curious streak, a playful spirit, and just enough sass to keep life interesting.

One of her cutest features is her naturally short little bobtail. When she gets excited, explores the room, or trots off on a new adventure, that tiny tail wiggles and waves behind her like a little conductor's baton.

Betty is also wonderfully curious and confident. She loves checking out new perches, chasing crinkle balls, exploring her surroundings, and seeing what her people are up to.

And yes — Miss Boop is a talker. Not overwhelmingly so, but just enough to let you know she has opinions, stories, and commentary she feels you should hear.

Cat friendly — Betty loves other cats and would be thrilled to have a feline buddy to wrestle and zoom around with.

Dog friendly — After a brief introduction period, she has done wonderfully with the cat-friendly dogs in her foster home.

Kid potential — She hasn't spent much time around young children yet, but she is confident, adaptable, and open to new experiences.

Can go solo — Betty enjoys feline company, but she is confident enough to be your one-and-only queen as long as her humans are ready to give her plenty of playtime, attention, and affection.

Betty's story began in a large outdoor colony, but she has fully embraced the indoor lifestyle and has absolutely no interest in looking back.

Soft beds? Yes, please.
Windows for bird watching? Absolutely.
Humans available to admire her? Obviously.

Betty knows a good thing when she finds it.

If you're looking for a fun-loving, chatty little explorer with an adorable wiggle-butt bobtail and plenty of personality, Betty Boop may be your girl.

All of the Sweet Paws animals are loved a great deal by their rescuers, fosters, and the volunteers who've cared for them along the way. Your kitten will be up to date on appropriate vaccinations by adoption day, but please keep in mind that kittens require multiple routine vet visits throughout the course of their first year. Sweet Paws is staffed by volunteers, and processing applications is time intensive; therefore, we ask that you only submit an application if you are fully committed to adopting.
