Persephone is a little more reserved than her brother, Pluto, and can take some time to feel comfortable in new places and around new people. But once she knows she can trust you, you'll discover what a sweetheart she really is. She loves gentle pets and has the cutest little chirps to let you know she's happy.

While Persephone enjoys a good afternoon nap, she definitely has a playful side, too. She loves chasing toys, wrestling with her foster siblings, and never turns down a tasty treat. A few treats and a little patience go a long way toward winning her heart. Persephone gets along wonderfully with other cats and would likely enjoy a home with another friendly feline to help her feel confident and keep her company. We aren't sure yet how she'd do with dogs or young children.
