Meet Buddha!
Buddha is a sweet, affectionate adult male kitty looking for a home where he can finally be someone’s one and only.
Buddha showed up as a stray in the countryside this spring, thin, bedraggled, and looking like he’d had a rough time outdoors. His finder took him in, got him fully vetted, and quickly discovered that underneath that scruffy exterior was an incredibly friendly boy who loves attention from people.
Buddha is estimated to be around 4–6 years old, weighs about 12 lbs, and has since been neutered, vaccinated, treated with flea/tick prevention, and tested negative for FeLV/FIV. He has excellent litter box habits and is happiest living safely indoors.
While Buddha is wonderful with humans, he has made it pretty clear that other cats are not his thing. His current caretaker has three female cats, and despite careful attempts at introductions, Buddha has chased and intimidated them. For everyone’s happiness, he is looking for a cat-free home where he can soak up all the attention himself.
Buddha has already been through quite a journey. Now he just needs the right person to give this affectionate guy the loving, peaceful indoor home he deserves.
