Aretha Franklin - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Emerald Isle, North Carolina

Arethra Franklin was found with her 7 littermates living under a porch in Beaufort. She came into our rescue frightened of human contact :( Since being fostered, she has learned that people can be kind. Food and treats are yummy. Toys are fun and booty scratches are THE BEST! She is still slow to warm up to new folks so will need some time to feel comfortable. She prefers to come to people for pets as opposed to being picked up. She really is a sweet girl who just wants a little R-E-S-P-E-C-T . She has come so far and her foster believes she will continue to blossom into a sweet kitty.

We require kittens be adopted in pairs when there is not a playful cat already in the home. Single adoption fee under 6 months is $125 or $175 for a pair.
