Meet Button: A Gentle Giant Looking for a Second Chance at Forever

Button is a magnificent, 14-lb adult cat who is truly a very sweet and gentle giant. Almost three years ago, he was adopted from our rescue as a tiny, helpless little kitten. Sadly, through absolutely no fault of his own, he was recently returned to the rescue.

Going from a comfortable home he knew for years straight back into a rescue environment has left poor Button very confused. He is currently in a loving foster home, hiding while he takes some much-needed time to decompress and process this big change.

Even though his heart is a little broken and he is scared, his sweet nature still shines through. If you approach him softly, he will happily come out of his hiding spot for pets and lean into your touch. He just needs a patient, quiet environment where he can realize he is safe again.

We require kittens be adopted in pairs when there is not a playful cat already in the home. Single adoption fee under 6 months is $125 or $175 for a pair. Over 6 months, the adoption fee is $100 for a single or $150 for a pair. All cats and kittens are spayed/neutered, combo tested, dewormed, microchipped, and have age appropriate vaccines.
