Miss Kitty is a loving 12 year old soul. This incredibly sweet FeLV+ kitty has so much love to give and is ready to find a family to call her own. Gentle, affectionate, and happiest when soaking up attention, this special cat will gladly trade purrs, head bumps, and cozy cuddle sessions for a place in your heart.

Being FeLV positive does not define them—it simply means they will thrive in a home with other FeLV+ cats or as your one-and-only feline companion. What truly matters is their loving personality and the joy they will bring to every day. FeLV is not contagious to humans or dogs.

All cats receive one or more vaccinations, a basic veterinary examination, are dewormed, and spayed/neutered. Cats over 3 months of age are microchipped and FIV/feline leukemia tested.

No appointment is necessary to adopt. Adoptions are done on a first-come, first-served basis. Applications will not be accepted in advance and will be filled out at the shelter upon adoption. We want you to meet the purrrrfect feline for you and your lifestyle! FAPL is open Tuesdays-Saturdays from 11am-6:30pm. Sundays 12:00-3:00pm. Closed to the public Mondays. Please bring a copy of lease agreement if you rent home/apartment.

Upon adoption, all cats must go home in a carrier. You may bring one of your own or purchase one from FAPL for a small fee. Please remember, the carrier cannot be opened until safely within your home.
