I met Henry today while dog walking and he is simply a super friendly dog! There is not a person this wiggly love does not adore. He is just such a personable dog!!! He is truly one of those dogs that seems to be smiling- yes, he smiles!!!
No appointment is necessary to adopt. Adoptions are on a first-come, first-served basis, by visiting the shelter. Applications are not accepted in advance, but will be filled out upon adoption.
If you have another dog and/or children in your family and are interested in adopting a FAPL dog, please bring them with you for a meet and greet. Please bring a copy of lease agreement if you rent home/apartment.
All dogs receive one or more vaccinations, a basic veterinary examination, are dewormed, microchipped, and spayed or neutered. Dogs 7 months and older are heartworm tested.
Upon visiting FAPL, if you dont see a particular dog you are looking for that is on the website, please ask at the front desk.
