Sometimes a rescue comes along that makes you realize just how quickly a life can change.

Purrfect Haven Cat Rescue and TNR came across a post from a man offering kittens for $15 each. We reached out to him, and what he told us made our hearts sink.

These four little babies were being kept outside in a bin, and he told us that if no one wanted them, he was going to take a drive and leave them in the woods.

We knew we had to get to them — FAST.

And that’s how Rosie, Rex, Reese and Russell became Purrfect Haven babies.

Despite the scary start they had, you would never know it by meeting them today. These kittens are absolute LOVE BUGS! They adore people almost as much as they adore each other.

They play and wrestle together, but the cutest part is what happens when they realize you aren’t joining in. They’ll stand straight up on their little back legs and stare up at you as if they’re asking:

“Ummm... are you okay? Why aren’t you playing with us?”

Pick one up and you’ll quickly discover another favorite activity — snuggling right underneath your chin and falling asleep.

These babies are the definition of Velcro kitties. They don’t just want a home; they want to be part of your life. Your lap, your couch, your bed, your playtime... wherever you are, they’re pretty sure they belong there too.

Rosie, Rex, Reese and Russell came dangerously close to being abandoned in the woods.

Instead, they are safe, loved and getting ready for the lives they always deserved.

Now we’re looking for wonderful forever families who will make sure these babies never feel unwanted again — homes where they will be loved, spoiled, cuddled and treasured for the rest of their lives.

Because after the way their story started, we think they deserve nothing less.
