TINY TINA - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Colorado Springs, Colorado

I am not currently at the shelter because I'm growing big and strong in a foster home! *Staff thinks I will be ready by Early/Mid September*. Mighty Tina is the tiniest of her litter and our little Miss Independent. She had a slower start than her siblings, but she has absolutely blossomed into a sweet, playful and spunky little girl. Tina tends to do things at her own pace. While her siblings are often in the middle of the action, she’s perfectly happy exploring and playing independently. She’s mellow, affectionate and would thrive in a calmer home where she has time to get comfortable. She could also do wonderfully with a respectful cat companion who understands her space. She may be tiny, but Tina has plenty of personality and she knows exactly what she likes. You can sign up to pre-adopt me by placing a $50 choice hold. This is a non-refundable fee that does not go towards my adoption fee, but it does give you the first opportunity to adopt me. Shelter staff will contact you when I’m ready to go home with my new family! To place a choice hold, you can either come into the shelter or call us at 719-302-8707; you may wait to speak with a customer service representative or leave a voicemail. Choice holds are placed on a first-come, first-serve basis and only one choice hold can be placed per animal. Once I am old enough to go home, I will have to be adopted at the shelter without a visit. Unfortunately, we aren’t able to visit while I’m in the foster home as it’s a lot of stress on me to be transported back and forth to the shelter for visits, which makes me more susceptible to getting sick. I want to be healthy for our new life together!
