Scrappy is a young sweet boy who isn't used to walking on a leash so will need a patient family to help guide him using positive reinforced training. He was found with other dogs his size, but it is unknown how he does with new dogs, other animals, or children so slow intros will be important. He will likely need help with potty and crate training.
