DESCRIPTION
Tigger is a young sweet boy who isn't used to walking on a leash so will need a patient family to help guide him using positive reinforced training. He was found with other dogs his size, but it is unknown how he does with new dogs, other animals, or children so slow intros will be important. He will likely need help with potty and crate training.
ABOUT: HARRIER DOG BREED
The Harrier is a medium sized breed known for its strong hunting instincts, adaptability, and friendly demeanor. Originating in England, these energetic and playful hounds are commonly used for hunting small game but also make great family pets due to their affectionate and sociable nature. With their sturdy build and distinctive tri color coat, Harriers are known for their endurance and agility, excelling in various dog sports and activities. Overall, the Harrier is a versatile and lovable breed suitable for both hunting and companionship.
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
