Novio is a handsome short-haired black kitten with an estimated birthdate of 3/24/2026. He's the perfect mix of playful, affectionate, and endlessly curious. This social butterfly loves being around people and is always the first to investigate anything new. Whether you're opening a cabinet, unpacking a box, or simply walking into the room, Novio is convinced he's your official helper. His curiosity knows no bounds, and his playful personality will keep you smiling. One of Novios sweetest traits is his touch-activated purr—give him a gentle pet, and his purr motor starts up almost instantly. He loves attention, enjoys making new friends, and is always ready for cuddles after a busy day of exploring. If you're looking for a confident, outgoing kitten with a big personality, and an even bigger heart, Novio is your guy.

Novio and his housemate Cooper were rescued from Animal Control as little guys. They are great companions and would love to be adopted together! They both do very well with other cats and respectful dogs.

All kittens must be adopted with another kitten or into a home with another young cat with which he or she can play and socialize. The majority of no-kill rescues nationwide adhere to this policy. This policy is NOT based on a desire to increase our number of adoptions, rather it ensures that the kittens we rescue, nurture, and love are adopted into homes that offer the best possible environment for their social development.
