Javier - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Cary, North Carolina

Meet Javier, the handsome guy with a serious case of the zoomies! Named after a character from Castle, this big boy weighs in at a solid 12 pounds and has decided that absolutely everything is a toy. A toy mouse? Obviously. A random piece of paper? Definitely. Your shoelace? Clearly the best toy ever invented.

Javier is happiest when he has a high-energy feline friend to wrestle, chase, and get into mischief with. He gets along with everyone and genuinely loves having company around. In fact, Javier loves his people and furry friends so much that being alone is definitely not his favorite thing. He'd thrive in a home where he has plenty of companionship and someone who can keep up with his playful personality.

And while Javier may be a little easily startled by loud noises, he has a secret weapon: wet treats. A tasty snack can convince this boy to do just about anything! With a little reassurance, some patience, and the promise of a delicious treat, Javier is ready to investigate whatever comes his way.

If you're looking for a big, playful, social boy who wants a best friend, a full toy box, and plenty of company, Javier is ready to make his case for a forever home!
