Habeas is very excited to have been rescued as a young kitten and to land himself into a foster home where he has blossomed - gaining confidence and turning into a distinguished, confident, gentleman. Not only is he adorable with his white mustache, he is very humble and doesn't ask for much out of life. He enjoys the kitten standards of toys, such as puff balls and toy mice. He also loves soft beds or cat tree, anywhere he can sleep near window and just watch the world outside. He melts in the palm of the hand who is giving him ear scratches and chin rubs. He flops on his side to receive more pets on his belly. In true cat fashion Habeas likes to seek out his pets when he's ready and not busy tending to the other activities in his life. One of his most favorite activities is palling around with his foster kitten sister Toby.

They love to play chase with each other and will give each other post play time baths. Because he loves his Toby so much he will need to be adopted with her so that they can continue their everlasting friendship. Having a feline companion is essential for his continued social and behavioral development—and it's a lot more fun, too!

Because Habeas will do best in a quieter setting he will do well in a home with older children, low key dogs, and cats.
