Honey - Domestic Short Hair and Tabby Cat for Adoption in Bolingbrook, Illinois

HONEY – A Little Shy, A Lot of Adventure!
DOB: 5/21/26

Meet HONEY, an adorable gray tabby kitten with beautiful green eyes, a curious spirit, and plenty of energy to spare!

HONEY is a playful little explorer who loves checking out her surroundings and discovering new things. She's especially fond of toys she can chase, bat around, and pounce on across the floor. She also likes to climb up, up, up!!

While HONEY can be a little shy at first, don't let that fool you. Behind that cautious exterior is an active, energetic kitten with lots of personality just waiting to shine.

HONEY is one of three adorable triplet kittens looking for their forever homes. She can be adopted individually or with one or both of her siblings. Imagine twice (or three times!) the kitten fun!

A Special Note About HONEY:
HONEY and her two siblings have tested positive for Feline Leukemia Virus (FeLV). Although they are currently healthy, active, and playful kittens, FeLV can weaken a cat's immune system and may shorten their lifespan. FeLV cannot be transmitted to people or dogs, but it can spread to other cats. Because all three siblings are FeLV-positive, they can safely live together, but they should be kept indoors and live in a home without FeLV-negative cats. With proper veterinary care, a nutritious diet, and lots of love, FeLV-positive cats can enjoy happy, fulfilling lives.

HONEY doesn't know she's any different from other kittens. She's simply looking for someone who will love her, play with her, and give her the wonderful life she deserves. Could that someone be you?

If you’d like to meet HONEY, please call Humane Haven Animal Shelter (630-378-4208) for more information or for an appointment. All Humane Haven cats are spayed or neutered, microchipped, FeLV/FIV tested, and have had their distemper and rabies vaccines.
