Marcy - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Anchorage, Alaska

Marceline, or Marcy for short, is an adorable and affectionate black cat with charming extra thumbs and one white whisker that stands out from the rest of her black ones.

Recently rescued from starvation, she is recovering well and needs a new home that will take care of her and give her plenty of attention. She is very affectionate and needs little encouragement to curl up and take naps on your lap. She will cheekily try to steal your human food if given the chance; after her experience out on her own with no one to help her with food, we can easily see why she is a little food thief.

Marceline does not enjoy the presence of male cats but may get along better with other female cats or as a solo cat. People who will make her a loving part of the family is what she needs more than cat buddies. We don't know how she is with dogs. Marcy will need a good place to go outside when and if she feels a need to smell the flowers or lounge in the sun.

Marcy had a tough time trying to survive and now it's her turn to have a life being loved and knowing the leisure of being cared for and given food every day.

She's maybe 3 or 4 years old. In Anchorage. Call 907 980-8898
