This sweet guy is funny and talkative and extremely handsome - I mean, who could say no at that face! While Percys love language is not necessary physical touch, its definitely quality time! This little boy loves being around his people and playing in laps and on legs. His communication skills are also a major green flag - he believes in clear and honest conversation, particularly when it comes to food!

Percy gets along especially well with Patterson or Pascal but also would do great as a single adoption to a home with another young cat.
