The tipped ear is a sign that someone once loved this little outdoor kitty. Enough to have him trap/neutered/returned. But when Shade returned home he was just too sweet and friendly. The other cats in the colony would pick on him. So they reached back out to find a new home for Shade.

Shade is estimated to be 1-2 years old.
Shade can be extremely affectionate, he is good with other cats and did well in his foster home with a single medium sized senior dog.
the way to his heart is through mealtimes. shade loves a good can of wet food.
