Pele and Mazzy Star are a bonded pair of young kittens ideally looking for a home where they can stay together. (While we’d love to see them adopted together, we may consider separate placements in the right circumstances.)

Pele, a handsome solid Russian Blue gray boy, is easygoing, friendly, and the first to greet you with a gentle nudge or a curious hello. Mazzy Star, his sleek black sister with golden eyes, is a bit more reserved at first—but once she feels safe, her sweet and affectionate nature really comes out.
Together, they strike a lovely balance. Both are calm, playful, gentle, extremely well-behaved and sweet-natured. They love giving soft head rubs and little kisses, and they settle into calm companionship just as easily as they chase after toys. They’re also wonderfully well-mannered, with perfect litter box habits.

Their names suit them well: Pele, named after the legendary Brazilian soccer player for his impressive toy-chasing skills and Mazzy Star, inspired by the beloved ‘90s band. Together, they make a special pair.

Pele and Mazzy Star were rescued separately by two compassionate young girls who were caring for neglected cat colonies. They wanted to give these kittens a chance at a better life, so they reached out to our rescue for help.
