Ariel – The Sweet Songbird with a Playful Heart
Hi! I'm Ariel, though my foster family affectionately calls me "Ms. Purr." I always have something to say and I'm never shy about announcing when I've arrived! If you talk to me, I'll happily sing right back. Whether I'm asking for attention or reminding everyone that it's treat time, I love having little conversations with my people.
I'm currently in foster with my brother, Banjo, and I definitely make sure everyone knows if he's getting treats or attention before I am! When I'm not chatting, you'll usually find me chasing wand toys, batting around little mice, or pouncing on anything that moves. After I've finished playing, I love curling up on my favorite cozy blanket tucked behind a mirror, where I can enjoy a peaceful nap in my own little hideaway.
People often notice my luxurious, silky black coat first, but it's my gentle, playful personality that really shines once you get to know me. I enjoy gentle pets once I get to know you, and I'm looking for a family that will let me settle in at my own pace. The more comfortable I become, the more my playful personality and cheerful songs come out.
Banjo and I have a great time chasing each other around the house, but we don't have to be adopted together. I'd be happy to go home with my brother or start my next adventure with a family of my own.
I was rescued in partnership with ACT Stockton S/N Clinic, and now I'm ready to find my forever home.
If you're looking for a playful, affectionate companion who will fill your home with sweet songs, happy purrs, and lots of personality, I can't wait to meet you!
