Nelson (A141771) is a 2-year-old DMH who weighed 11.19 pounds on intake! 04/21/26 This handsome boy is Nelson! Nelson arrived at the shelter as a stray. He received an antibiotic injection for wounds that were found on intake. A friendly reminder that the leash law does apply to our feline friends and that the outdoors is a very dangerous place! While at the shelter, Nelson has had a healthy appetite and has used his litterbox consistently. He greets the care staff at the front of his kennel and appears outgoing and friendly. As he was a stray, we do not know if he has experience around children or other animals. It is important that all introductions to new people and animals be made slowly, safely, and in a controlled way. If you are interested in meeting Nelson, please let us know!
