Calico Cats Available for Adoption in Long Beach, Mississippi

Calista is a beautiful adult momma cat with a gentle soul and a laid-back personality. She was found outside with a litter of babies and has been an absolutely wonderful, devoted mom to them. Now that her little ones are growing up, it’s finally Calista’s turn to find a loving home of her own.

Calista is a pretty chill and easy-going girl who enjoys the simple things in life soft pets, being held, and the occasional play session with her favorite toys. She has a calm presence and would make a lovely companion for someone looking for a sweet, affectionate cat.

Since having her babies, Calista hasn’t been too interested in other cats. That said, once she’s separated from her kittens and given time to adjust, she may do just fine with another cat with a slow, proper introduction.

After everything she’s done for her babies, Calista deserves a cozy home where she can relax, be loved, and finally be someone’s baby too. If you’re looking for a calm, affectionate companion with a heart of gold, Calista might be the perfect match for you.

***ALL ANIMALS ARE CURRENTLY IN LONG BEACH, MISSISSIPPI.*** We transport adopted animals every 2-3 weeks to Northeast states. 

Completed applications take precedence over inquiries. If you are interested in adopting, the FIRST step is to complete an application. We will discuss additional details with potential adopters once we have an application on file. 

For Pet's Sake Rescue is a Mississippi based rescue. We are located in an overpopulated area surrounded by high-kill shelters.

Adoption fees include transport, vetting and a MS Health Certificate to travel. Each pet is spayed/neutered, receives age appropriate vaccines, dewormed, microchipped and  flea/tick prevention.
