Meet Powder

Powder is a gentle, loving puppy with a heart full of affection just waiting to be shared. This sweet boy absolutely adores being close to his people whether he’s snuggled up in your arms or covering you in happy little kisses, he thrives on love and connection.

He enjoys the company of other dogs and is currently in a foster home with an older pup who patiently lets him bounce around and play to his heart’s content. Powder has that classic puppy energy, balanced with a soft, sensitive side.

Because his early life wasn’t the easiest, Powder can be a bit shy when meeting new people. But give him a little time and kindness, and you’ll see his true personality shine through—a loyal, affectionate, and playful companion who just wants to feel safe and loved.

Powder is truly a special little boy, ready to find a forever home where he can continue to grow, play, and be cherished the way he deserves.

Adoption fee is $300

***ALL ANIMALS ARE CURRENTLY IN LONG BEACH, MISSISSIPPI.*** We transport adopted animals every 2-3 weeks to Northeast states. 

Completed applications take precedence over inquiries. If you are interested in adopting, the FIRST step is to complete an application.  We will discuss additional details with potential adopters once we have an application on file. 

For Pet's Sake Rescue is a Mississippi based rescue. We are located in an overpopulated area surrounded by high-kill shelters.

Adoption fees include transport, vetting and a MS Health Certificate to travel. Each pet is spayed/neutered, receives age appropriate vaccines, dewormed, heartworm test (6 months and older) microchipped and  flea/tick/heartworm prevention.

Malinois excel in various roles such as military, police, search and rescue, and as loyal family companions. With proper training and socialization, the Belgian Shepherd Malinois thrives on mental stimulation and physical activity to channel its high energy levels effectively.
