Bradbury, Jane, and their kittens—Agatha, Virginia, and Emily—came to the shelter after they were abandoned in a box outside a library following an eviction. This family is made up of exceptionally sweet, affectionate, healthy kitties. Bradbury and Jane have been attentive, nurturing parents, and the whole family still enjoys spending time together. The kittens are playful and curious, while Mom and Dad are friendly, gentle companions. If you're having a hard time choosing just one, these cats would be delighted to be adopted in pairs or even as a trio. They already know and enjoy each other's company, making them wonderful family or companion cats. Because of their mostly white coats, all these kitties should be indoor-only cats. White cats are more prone to sunburn and skin cancer, and their light coloring also makes them easier for predators to spot outdoors at night. All cats available for adoption at the Calaveras Animal Shelter are up-to-date on their routine vaccinations will be microchipped. All unaltered cats must be spayed or neutered before they can go home with you.
