Ozzy
The boy who thought every stranger might be his person đź–¤
Ozzy’s story starts on a windy waterfront bridge in South Philly, where this bright‑eyed boy trotted up to anyone who would look his way. He wasn’t scared. He wasn’t hiding. He was trying. Trying to be seen, trying to be chosen, trying to turn a cold stretch of concrete into a doorway home.
He’d run up with that playful spark in his eyes, tail flicking, as if saying, “Is it you? Are you the one?” And even after who knows how long outside, he stayed soft, social, and full of hope.
Now safe indoors, Ozzy has blossomed into a wonderfully playful boy who also knows how to settle. He’s happiest in a calm home where he can stretch out, bat a toy around, and curl up beside someone who finally sees the sweetness he offered to strangers on that bridge.
Ozzy is ready for the person who will run toward him the way he once ran toward everyone else.
