If you've been searching for a young cat who loves being with people, Evie is your kitty! This beautiful sweetheart is about 9 months old, with black glossy, velvety, soft-as-a-bunny fur, a gentle personality, and a love for attention and cuddling.

At just two months old, Evie had to be separated from her brother, her only sibling, who tested positive for Feline Leukemia Virus (FeLV). Evie spent the next six months in quarantine to make sure she hadnt contracted the virus from him. Thankfully, after undergoing multiple extensive testings, Evie remained negative the entire time, but it meant she had to wait much longer than most kittens for her chance at a forever home.

Through it all, Evie has stayed in a loving foster home, where her affectionate, friendly, and sociable personality has blossomed. She's also comfortable with small dogs, making her a wonderful addition to many different kinds of homes. Now all she needs is someone to see what a special companion she is!

Evie has been fully vetted and has perfect litterbox manners. Patiently waiting for the happy ending to her foster journey, she is hoping to find a forever home with someone who will love her as deeply as she loves in return.
