Rabbit for Rehome

Unfortunately I have to rehome my bunny Pippa. I'm looking for someone that will keep her a house bunny. She's litter box trained and is super friendly. She doesn’t like to be held or picked up (they are natural pray animals and don't like to leave the ground). She likes to be the only bunny in the house but will get along fine with dogs and cats as long as they are friendly.
She is spayed and vaccinated.
Everything I have including the pen in the picture will go with her.
I won't let her go to just anyone and it must be a good fit for both you and her.
