Ashby was rescued from a situation of neglect at his prior home. His fur was matted and he was living in a tiny cage on a front porch. Unacceptable!
Ashby is the ultimate lap bunny! He's super snuggly and will soak up your loving as long as you have time for. He's curious and readily approaches for attention. He's very well socialized.
He's a tiny guy with a little white button nose and white tipped front paws. He's calm, relaxed and docile.

He was born about September 2025. He was neutered on September 10, 2026.
Ashby should be housed in an exercise pen or free roam. A cage/hutch is not recommended unless the door is always open and an exercise pen placed around it. (Nylon, pop-up playpens are not recommended as a rabbit will chew right through it!)

Rabbits are a 10+ year commitment.
Ashby can be seen by appointment in Lake Elsinore after a questionnaire is completed or a phone consultation conducted. On adoption day, plan to spend approximately one hour at the rescue going over paperwork and general rabbit care information.
PLEASE consult with the rescue before you purchase rabbit supplies so you can be directed to the least expensive and most appropriate rabbit essentials, especially if you've never had the pleasure of owning a rabbit! Your local big chain pet store is probably NOT the best place to buy rabbit supplies!
