Frisbee came to Bunny Buddies by way of a kind rescuer who found several rabbits dumped in her Katy neighborhood and didn't hesitate to bring them into her home, safe from the dangers outdoors.
We made sure this big lop gal was spayed, and had her cloudy (right) eye tested for pain/pressure. At present it appears stable, but should be monitored for any change in the future. Now, she's ready for a forever home!
Frisbee is sweet but due to the limited eyesight, she can be skiddish. She has not been aggressive, but will need some patience. She loves leafy green veggies (and fruit as a treat) and will allow some petting with a little bribery. Her litter box habits are good, but she does shed quite a bit. Aside from digging, she's not too active and prefers to lounge around rather than explore.
We have tried introducing her to some prospective mates; mixed results so far.
