Bailey is a sassy lop with a unique color pattern and striking blue eyes!
Somehow, a young Bailey found herself at a local elementary school auction ... and was quickly scooped-up by a family concerned she would otherwise land in a bad situation. Unfortunately, they eventually discovered an allergy — and Bailey also developed a persistent rash that they could not seem to clear... so they contacted Bunny Buddies for help!
After moving Bailey into an experienced foster home, we made sure she saw a vet at one of our trusted partner clinics and finally resolved the skin issue. Soon after, she was spayed, and we've since tried introducing her to some prospective mates; mixed results so far.
Bailey enjoys foraging for treats, tossing stacking cups, and exploring larger spaces... as well as a good nap under the desk. Her litter habits are quite tidy, and she has a healthy appetite. She can be a bit shy, but will always let you know with a quick stomp if she is displeased. In her current foster home, Bailey responds to her name and will come when called... when she feels like it... especially if there's a banana or strawberry treat involved! While she is getting better at letting the family handle her, she still doesn't prefer it. They do not have other animals in the home, so she is properly spoiled right now, but previously co-existed with a small dog.
