Meet Phantom, a little Boo Crew cutie!

Phantom is a 10-pound sweetheart with a shy side and a whole lot of potential. He's part of our Boo Crew, an accidental litter whose mama was spayed after arriving at the shelter to prevent any more surprise puppies. His mom is a Beagle/Chi mix, and his dad is believed to be a Yorkie/Cheweenie mix.

Phantom is still finding his confidence, so he'll need a patient family willing to let him settle in at his own pace and show him that the world isn't such a scary place. With time, kindness, and plenty of encouragement, this little guy has so much room to blossom!

Foster-to-Adopt opportunity! Phantom will arrive in Pottstown, PA, on October 24 and can head directly into an approved Foster-to-Adopt home. Applications for this program will be accepted through October 19.

With Foster-to-Adopt, you welcome Phantom into your home and give him time to settle in and become part of your family before making the adoption official.

If he doesn't have a Foster-to-Adopt home lined up, he'll head into a regular foster home and will be available to go home with his adoptive family on or after November 7, 2026.
