Meet Bobby Joe
5 years old 7 lbs Yorkshire Terrier
If you've ever wondered what the Wizard of Oz scarecrow would look like as a tiny dog... Bobby Joe might be your answer. A little scruffy, a little unsure at first-but give him a minute, and you'll see there's something really special here.
Bobby Joe came from a breeding situation and is just starting to figure out what life as a pet is all about. New people can be a bit overwhelming at first, but he doesn't take long to settle in. His foster shared that within just a few days, he went from shy observer to curling up right next to her. That's Bobby Joe-he just needs a little time, then he's all in.
He's learning the ropes of potty training and will do best with a consistent routine and a patient home that understands he's catching up on things most dogs learn earlier. He's a smart little guy, just needs someone willing to show him the way.
Once he feels safe, Bobby Joe is sweet, gentle, and quietly affectionate-the kind of dog who will stick close and be your little shadow (the good kind, not the clingy chaos kind).

All of our dogs/pups are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccines.
Adoption fee for all dogs/pups: $225.
Our dogs are in foster homes across the KC metro. We do not have a shelter facility.
