Meet Coco!

Coco is an adorable 3-ish-year-old Yorkie mix who weighs 12 pounds, and she is the sweetest little girl!

Coco and her friend, Chanel, were found running loose on 9/13. Their finders went above and beyond—putting up flyers, having them checked for microchips, and sharing them on lost-and-found pages. Sadly, no owner ever came forward. Since there is no shelter in Polk County, we don’t know what happened to their owners, but we’re incredibly thankful these two girls are safe with us now.

It’s obvious Coco and Chanel were loved and cared for because they are both incredibly sweet, friendly, and well-mannered.

Coco is a TOTAL people girl who wants to be as close to her human as possible! She especially seems to have a fondness for men. She follows my husband everywhere!

Coco has:
-Been spayed
-Been updated on all vaccinations (except Lepto)
-Been microchipped
-Tested negative for heartworms
-Been started on/current on heartworm, flea & tick prevention
-Grooming coming soon!

If you’re looking for a little shadow who wants to be by your side, Coco might be your girl! She would be perfectly happy as an only dog because she LOVES attention. She is also fine with most dogs and cats—she can just be a little bossy sometimes!
