Yorkshire Terrier Dogs Available for Adoption in Grant, Nebraska

Polita is a 6-year-old Yorkshire Terrier weighing just 9.1 pounds, and she’s ready to find a home where she can truly feel comfortable and loved. She was brought to the shelter after not getting along with another dog in the home. From what we understand, the other dog had been in the home for years and may have been protective of her space and family when Polita was introduced.

Polita is a very sweet little girl who enjoys giving gentle kisses and absolutely loves belly rubs. She has a loving personality and enjoys being close to her people. She walks on a leash and does well in her crate, keeping it clean without accidents.

Since she is still new to us, we are still learning how she does with a variety of other dogs, so slow and proper introductions will be important.
