Azalea - Yorkshire Terrier and Poodle Dog for Adoption in Beavercreek, Oregon

Azalea is an adorable, pint-sized, scruffy girl dog we rescued out of California. She is so ready to be cherished by a new adoptive family!

- Tiny 6.3 pounds

- Approximately 5 years old

- Possible breed mix: Yorkshire Terrier/Toy Poodle mix

- Happy, devoted, affectionate little dog

- Can be shy meeting new people but warms up quickly.

- Enjoys both women and men equally. Kids ages 10+ if there are kids in the home due to Azalea's tiny size.

- Good with other dogs and has lived with 13 other dogs at one point. She can be playful with other dogs. We prefer small dogs in Azalea's future home due to her small size. Large, rowdy dogs would not be ideal. An older, gentle large dog would be fine.

- Likely fine with cats. We have not officially tested Azalea with cats but she is half the size of most cats and we have a hunch she won't bother resident cats.

- Enjoys cuddling and being on your lap

- Walks nice on leash

- Only one potty accident during her first week in foster. Doing well with her potty habits.

- Medium energy level. Can be playful but also enjoys down time. Will fetch a ball and likes playing with her toys.

Azalea is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, heartworm tested negative, and current on flea/tick/heartworm prevention. Her adoption fee includes a free wellness exam at our partner vet clinic in Oregon City, Milwaukie, Tualatin or Portland.

$500 adoption fee
