Yellow Labrador Retriever Dogs Available for Adoption in Chicago, Illinois

Winnie is a high-energy, fun, loving, sweet, and friendly, ten-month-old, 65-pound, female Yellow Labrador Retriever looking for a loving guardian.

Winnie is an active and fun-loving dog who enjoys her walks, jogs, playing ball, and playing with other dogs. She is a star at doggie daycare and gets along amazingly well with other dogs, even encouraging the shy pups to play.

In the home, Winnie is active but settles down for a snuggle. She can be crated but she does bark, so she’s not an apartment dog.

Winnie landed at Friends of Petraits Rescue when her family realized two full time working adults and three kids is not the best home for her. She’s looking for someone with the time to train and exercise her daily.

Winnie is healthy, spayed, vaccinated for rabies, distemper, leptospirosis, and bordetella, heartworm tested negative, on monthly heartworm preventative, and micro-chipped. Winnie’s adoption fee of $500 benefits the Friends of Petraits Rescue.

She is being fostered in Chicago.
