Meet Simba!
1 year old Approximately 40 lbs Male
Simba may share his name with a certain famous lion, but this boy is much more interested in cuddles than ruling the kingdom.
At just 1 year old and around 40 pounds, Simba is a sweet, happy young guy with the most endearing gentle, meek personality. He's friendly, affectionate, and loves being close to his people. Give him a little attention and he'll happily settle in for all the cuddles you're willing to provide.
Simba is also a smart boy who does great with other dogs. At his age, he still has plenty of youthful energy and would love a canine buddy to romp around with or an active family ready to include him in their adventures.
About Simba:
1 year old
Approximately 40 pounds
Sweet, friendly, and affectionate
Gentle, happy personality
Loves to cuddle
Great with other dogs
Smart and eager to learn
Needs continued work on leash manners
Requires a large, securely fenced yard
Simba is still learning that walking on a leash doesn't have to be a full-contact sporting event, so he'll need a family willing to continue working with him on his manners. He's intelligent and young, giving him plenty of potential to become an excellent adventure partner with a little consistency and training.
A large, securely fenced yard is a must for Simba, giving him a safe place to run, play, and burn off his young-dog energy before coming inside for his favorite activity: being loved on.
Simba has the sweetness, the brains, and the heart. Now he just needs a family to give him the wonderful life ahead of him.
If you're looking for a playful young companion who's gentle at heart, great with dogs, and always ready for a cuddle, Simba is ready to meet you.
