Meet Lincoln
Lincoln arrived in Wisconsin on transport with Mutt Life Dog Rescue after being rescued from a
high-intake shelter in Georgia. He was originally found as a stray after wandering onto a farm,
where he quickly made himself at home hanging out with the resident dogs, cats, chickens, and
ducks. He got along wonderfully with all of the animals and showed just how easygoing and
friendly he can be.
Now settling into his Wisconsin foster home, Lincoln is doing fantastic! He is a hilarious,
super-friendly little dude who seems to love everyone he meets. He is great with other dogs,
kids, and other animals, making him a wonderful candidate for just about any home.
Lincoln is approximately 2 years old, weighs 19 pounds, and is believed to be a wire-haired
terrier mix. He is neutered and already potty trained, crate trained, and walks well on a leash.
Once he has time to settle in and build a relationship with his future owner, we think he will likely
be a great off-leash companion as well.
One of Lincoln's favorite things is jumping straight up into your arms from the ground, and he is
just as adorable as it sounds!
Lincoln is a medium- to low-energy guy who doesn't need a marathon runner for an owner. He
would be happy with a family, couple, or single person who wants a fun, affectionate companion.
He recently went to a family reunion with his foster mom and absolutely stole the show. He was
the life of the party, did amazing with everyone, and had people falling in love with him left and
right.
Lincoln is the kind of dog who makes friends everywhere he goes. He is happy, social, funny,
affectionate, and incredibly easy to love. He would make a wonderful addition to just about any
family looking for a sweet little companion with a big personality.
