Tito - Wire Fox Terrier Dog for Adoption in Pottstown, Pennsylvania

Tito is just a really, really sweet little dog.

His mom surrendered him to us during a difficult situation at home. She was escaping domestic violence and, while waiting for family to come pick her up, she literally placed Tito in our hands to make sure he was safe. Whatever else was happening in that moment, she knew she needed to protect him, too.

Tito has such an easygoing personality. He loves his people and would be perfectly happy spending his day close by, preferably with a hand on him and his belly available for rubbing. He absolutely loves a soft bed and doesn't just lie on one—he seems to genuinely savor it.

He's lived with kids and other dogs and does wonderfully with dogs of all sizes, provided they understand that he's a little guy and give him some space when he needs it. He's not looking for chaos; he's much more of a “let's hang out and enjoy the day” kind of dog.

Tito walks nicely on a leash, rides well in the car and enjoys getting outside to sniff around and explore. He also appreciates a slow morning, a comfortable bed and plenty of snuggle time.

He tolerates a crate, but it really isn't something he needs.

Tito is one of those dogs who makes you appreciate the simple things. He doesn't need a lot to be happy. Give him a safe home, a soft bed, someone to love and a belly to rub, and he's pretty much got everything he wants.

Tito will be able to head home with a furever family on or after 9/26/26.
