**Meet Winnie - Part Monk, Part Mischief **

Hi there! I'm Winnie, a delightful mix of Tibetan Terrier and Pumi, which basically means I'm equal parts zen and zoomies.

My Tibetan Terrier side gives me an old soul calm - I was practically bred to sit quietly in monasteries and look wise. But then there's my Pumi side, which showed up to remind everyone that I also have *opinions*, and I will share them. Loudly. At the mailman. At leaves blowing in the wind. At you, if you take too long getting my dinner ready.

I've got a scruffy, wavy coat that looks like I just rolled out of bed in the best possible way (please brush me regularly, my hair has plans of its own), and ears that can't quite decide if they want to stand up or flop down - very on-brand for someone as delightfully confused as me.

I'm smart. Like, *too* smart. I will learn your routines faster than you learn mine, and I will use that knowledge to my advantage. I need a family who'll keep my brain busy - puzzle toys, training games, or a good long walk where I can pretend I'm herding something.

I'm deeply loyal once I bond with my people, though I like to size up new folks before I decide they're trustworthy (it's the watchdog in me). Kids? Sure! Dogs? Great! Cats? We may have to try that one out but should be ok since I am just a puppy! Ha!

What I'm looking for: An active family who appreciates a dog with a mind of my own, doesn't mind a bit of barking commentary throughout the day, and has a solid grooming routine (or a great groomer on speed dial).

She must be adopted within the Houston area while she completes her remaining vetting!!
